For those of you who didn't come yesterday, there was an update with Francis and Jack... that's why today is title "3". Today's theme is two fold... The first is Jamal and Vlad were in the same panel as Francis and Jack when the monsters were introduced. Also they're both small business owners. I didn't change anything with Jamal from the last few times I've drawn him since his redesign last year. But Vlad is pretty different. He's still a fat vampire, which I dig. But I've gone to town on his facial features. I really dig his smile... I think vampires should smile a lot to emphasize their fangs. Plus being a big, fat guy he's able to be jolly with no one thinking it's strange. I've pulled the purple from his costuming as he had enough with his skin. I've given him gloves and an ascot. The ascot replaces his iron cross since I've had so dozens of inquiries on how he can wear any style cross... I just decided to drop it entirely and go with something else. Plus it draw attention to his extra chin area which I think is funny.
