Other than the Avatar gag with George being blue... I always had the idea of doing something with a blue screen and how he'd be see through in his skin areas. I know most places use green screen for their big budget stuff, but let's say the Hunter: The Zombie Hunter show is cheaper than the cutting edge for compositing.
