George
The titular zombie roommate, George Agnew is undead, awkward, and doing his best to keep it together-- literally. He’s in an “it’s complicated” relationship with Zoey, which is impressive for someone who technically doesn’t have a pulse. George co-manages Got Issues?, the comics and gaming store at the mall, where he’s a fixture of geek culture and occasional workplace chaos. Despite being a zombie, he’s got a big heart (figuratively), a nervous stomach (ironically), and a deep desire to be seen as more than just a walking corpse. He just wants love, friendship, and maybe a little less brain-themed potluck at dinner.

John
The original “roomie” in Zombie Roomie, John Ericsson is the long-suffering straight man to the madness around him-- human, sarcastic, and just trying to survive life with a zombie best friend and a supernatural extended family. He’s currently dating Lyn, a werewolf, which has only mildly increased his daily stress levels. John works alongside Jules in a job that nobody really understands—not even them. Equal parts anxious and loyal, John is the guy who’ll panic during a crisis… but still make sure everyone has snacks.

Zoey
Zoey McGillicuddy is a sardonic goth with a dark wardrobe, darker sense of humor, and a family legacy of zombie-hunting that goes back generations. She works at Burning Issue, the edgiest store in the mall-- part alt-culture boutique, part existential crisis gift shop. When the undead rise, the McGillicuddys make sure they don’t rise for long-- and Zoey is no exception. Things get complicated when one of the risen, George, turns out to be… tolerable. Maybe even sweet. Definitely not part of the plan. In a not-quite-defined relationship with the zombie she was raised to destroy, Zoey walks the line between family duty and feelings she never expected to have for someone issued a death certificate.

Lyn
Jacquelyn "Lyn" Talbot is a fiercely independent werewolf with a sharp wit, a protective streak, and a surprisingly tender heart-- especially when it comes to her boyfriend, John. She works as a bartender at Hair of the Dog, the bar & grill in the mall where she balances rough nights and rowdy patrons with ease. When she’s not behind the bar or under a full moon, she’s enrolled in college courses alongside Zoey, Roxy, and a few other familiar faces. Beneath the tough exterior, Lyn is loyal, thoughtful, and quietly romantic. She’s the kind of person who’ll take on the world for the people she loves—and make it look easy.

Lizzy
Lizzy Moretti is the manager of the movie theater at the mall-- quick-witted, level-headed, and the kind of person who can handle a double feature, a popcorn machine fire, and supernatural mall drama without getting fazed. She’s Zoey’s best friend and often the voice of reason when things get weird... which they absolutely do. Lizzy lives with her girlfriend, Glenda, in the apartment across the hall from John and George, putting her just close enough to the madness to get dragged into it, whether she wants to or not. She doesn’t hunt zombies, cast spells, or transform under the full moon-- she just gets stuff done.

Glenda
Glenda Burke is a witch who owns and operates "Arcane Attic", an oddities shop in the mall. She is dating Lizzy. They live across the hall from George and John's apartment.

Drew
Drew McFadden works at Fivebucks Coffee at the mall. He's John's former roommate. Drew is dating Valerie.

Valerie
Valerie Greene is a lawyer who works from home. She does most things from home thanks to delivery options. Dating Drew. The couple live above John and George's apartment.
