I wanted to show that the Hunter show was being filmed out in the actual Hollywood area to reflect the title of this story arc... so that's why I placed George and Zoey out in front of the Hollywood sign... plus it was an easy background to get setup. Zoey getting George to crack without saying a word is my favorite part of this strip. In fact the middle panel is the best with her sly smile... It's just great. There's a little bit of a callback to a Woody After Hours strip that John and George were a part of in this... but at the time people would have assumed George just didn't want to have any part in a Thriller segment... as it turns out, he was just upset he wasn't the star!
