Way back in this strip we saw someone phone in the fact that George was no longer a zombie to the union... It's been secret until now who made said call. It was implied that it was the zombies that would become members of George's cult, but it was always supposed to be Hunter's last jab at George. I wrestled with how to do this strip for a long, long time. I had several variations on the dialogue and setting... Hunter at one point was hiding inside the sofa bed at Glenda's apartment. But in the end I decided to just move the story along to where they're outside of the camp and George is doing some recon. There was even discussion of having Hunter still be nude.
