When I was writing the Blaine arc a big part of it was Lyn getting over her past... we're still not 100% there but all of the shoes have yet to drop coming out of that story. A big part of that was to help explain why Lyn wasn't in her werewolf form more often like Jack was.
Lyn will still be her human self a lot of the time, but it wont take her fighting to wolf out anymore. You'll notice that's been the only times she's been a wolf before-- when she's had to kick some ass or strips following said ass kicking.
Another side to this is Jack being more willing to be in his human form after coming out. It's kind of poetic that the two of them went through things to only have them swap what form they take.
It's like I planned that or something...
