I'm really digging Gramps. He's going to be an important character for Lyn going forward so I'm super happy I was able to knock his look out of the park, in my opinion. Folks were confused by the location for these strips... they're in South Eastern Missouri. The totem pole isn't tied directly to the North Western Native Americans for the purpose of this arc. Werewolves are from several different cultures and they've brought the iconography and symbolism related to the wolf from various groups to their own. It's just a matter of it being spiritual and wolflike for them. That being said there are several Native American rituals and rites that the wolves still embrace. We'll see some of that soon. Plus others have already been mentioned in a previous arc.
