I haven't had Francis in the comic in a long time so when this question came in I decided I'd take the opportunity to work on a new look for him. I try to push away from the Universal Monsters version where I can, so he's had a stubbly beard for awhile. I figured he could grow it it to feel more modern. Plus the shirt was just too clever not to include if you ask me.
